Privacy Policy

FastIPO (“FastIPO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a technology platform that helps users discover Indian IPOs and submit applications through SEBI-registered partners. FastIPO is not a stock broker, merchant banker, registrar and transfer agent (RTA), or investment adviser.

Depending on how you use FastIPO, we may collect:

• Account details — name, phone number, email address, and authentication identifiers from Google, email OTP, or phone OTP.
• Investor profile details you choose to save — PAN, Demat / DP credentials references, UPI ID, bank mandate preferences, and investment-account labels.
• Application and mandate metadata — IPO identifiers, category, lot quantity, application status, mandate / fund-block references, and timestamps.
• Device and security data — session tokens, approximate device/browser type, IP-derived region (when available), two-factor status, and security event logs.
• Usage and preference data — watchlists, notification preferences, theme, and product interaction events needed to operate the service.
• Support communications — messages you send by email, WhatsApp, or in-product forms.

We use personal information only to:

• Create and secure your account, including OTP, OAuth, session, and optional two-factor authentication.
• Pre-fill and route IPO applications and UPI mandate / ASBA-style fund-block requests through partner systems.
• Show application, bidding, allotment, and notification status relevant to your accounts.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect account integrity.
• Respond to support requests and improve product reliability.
• Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts.

PAN, Demat, UPI, and related banking identifiers are treated as sensitive. Where FastIPO displays them in the product, they are masked (for example, showing only the last few characters) unless you are editing the field yourself.

We do not sell PAN, Demat, UPI, phone numbers, or bank details. We do not use them for advertising networks.

Fund blocking is performed in your bank through UPI / partner mandate rails. FastIPO does not auto-debit or withdraw funds from your account as a payment destination.

We share data only as needed to operate the service:

• SEBI-registered brokers / partners and related infrastructure required to place or track IPO applications and mandates.
• Authentication providers (for example Supabase Auth) for sign-in.
• Hosting, database, email/SMS, and analytics vendors that process data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect legal rights.

FastIPO uses cookies and similar storage for session authentication, theme preference, and essential product state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear site data in your browser; doing so may sign you out.

We retain account and application records for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, audit, dispute, and security requirements. You may request account deletion subject to records we must keep by law or for ongoing applications.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, session management, optional two-factor authentication, and operational logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please protect your devices and OTP codes.

In Settings you can update profile details, notification preferences, and privacy-related controls, and request an export of available account data. Contact info@fastipo.in to request correction or deletion where applicable.

FastIPO is intended for adults who are eligible to invest under applicable Indian law. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
